Responsibilities include:Washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipmentMaintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchenAssisting with food prep including cutting, portioning, and preparing ingredientsFollowing all health and safety standardsSupporting cooks and kitchen staff during serviceKeeping prep stations stocked and organizedQualificationsExperience in a commercial kitchen is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidateAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and attention to detailTeam-oriented attitudeAbility to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as neededWeekend availability is a plusWork ScheduleWe encourage a healthy work/life balance with 5-day workweek schedules.
