Anderson Airmotive is the only manufacturer with a complete line of military tested and approved Attachable® plugs, as well as molded-on AC and DC power plugs, cable assemblies, receptacles, and battery connectors.


Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Molder. As a Molder, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. You will also be responsible for setting up molds, adjusting machine settings, inspecting finished products, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the molding process. To excel in this role, you should have experience with lathe, plastics blow molding, plastics extrusion, or other related molding processes. You should also be familiar with warehouse operations and assembly procedures. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers is required, and knowledge of logic controllers and their functions in molding machines is highly desirable. Basic machining skills and forklift certification are also considered advantageous. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate and monitor molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts
  • Set up molds and adjust machine settings as needed
  • Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the molding process
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area


REQUIREMENTS / REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with lathe, plastics blow molding, plastics extrusion, or other related molding processes
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and assembly procedures
  • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers
  • Knowledge of logic controllers and their functions in molding machines
  • Basic machining skills are a plus
  • Forklift certification is a plus
