Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Special Education (Masters degree a plus)

Massachusetts Special Education certification (or eligibility)

Experience supporting students with disabilities in K-12 environments

Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills

Skilled in managing and developing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)

A passion for helping students grow academically, emotionally, and socially
