Location: Strafford, NH School District (PK8)
Dates: August 18, 2025 June 19, 2026

Overview:
The School District is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to join our team for the 20252026 school year. We have multiple openings, including:

• 5 Paraprofessionals to work with special education students

• 3 Behavior Paraprofessionals with specialized knowledge in supporting students with behavioral needs and autism

Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and behavioral support to students in both individual and small group settings

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction, activities, and student supervision

• Implement behavior support strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Collaborate with staff to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Experience working with special education students preferred

• For behavior paraprofessional roles: prior experience supporting students with autism and behavioral needs strongly preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

• Full school year position

• MondayFriday, aligned with school hours
