Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, temporary assignment (13 to 26 weeks)
- Dayshift with 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts
- Must be open to working 2 evenings per week (until 7:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
- Manage a productivity volume of 55-63 patients per week
- Document patient progress using Raintree EMR system
- Adhere to scheduled hours and treatment plans
- Complete assigned Healthstream modules prior to start date for compliance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 months outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
- Ability to work 10.5-hour shifts
- Availability to work evenings as required
- Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Raintree
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient care experience in a busy practice
- Strong documentation and patient management skills
- Adaptability to flexible scheduling and productivity expectations
