We are seeking a jack-of-all-trades who can seamlessly transition between different tasks on a busy job site. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that job sites are safe, clean, and prepped, while also stepping in to handle basic carpentry, repairs, and miscellaneous site tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Carpentry & Construction: Assist lead builders with basic carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, framing, and installing wooden fixtures or hardware.
- Site Maintenance & Cleaning: Keep the job site safe and organized. This includes sweeping, removing debris, organizing tools, and ensuring all areas comply with safety standards.
- Repairs & Troubleshooting: Perform basic property and structural repairs, such as patching drywall, installing hardware, or replacing damaged materials.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and equipment across the job site safely and efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist with setting up and tearing down temporary structures, and minor grading.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Run necessary job site errands, assist specialized tradesmen (plumbers, electricians) when extra hands are needed, and perform general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
