Schedule Options:
- Day and evening shifts available
- Option for 4x10 hour shifts (7:00am-5:30pm or 8:00am-6:30pm)
- Option for 5x8 hour shifts (7:00am-3:30pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, or 10:00am-6:30pm)
- On-call rotation: once a week and every fifth weekend
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active RN license (unencumbered and in good standing)
- Minimum one year current Operating Room (OR) experience
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with circulating and/or scrubbing duties is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective patient care before, during, and after surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical techs to support optimal outcomes
- Maintain sterile fields and anticipate surgical team needs
- Adhere to facility safety and infection control protocols
- Document observations and interventions accurately
