Your Responsibilities

Help clients with personal care and daily living activities

Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Caring, patient, and dependable

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
