Hand Assembly Associate (Entry Level)
📍 Location: Salem, MA
💲 Pay Rate: $17–$19 per hour
Available Shifts
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM
Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Hand Assembly Associates. In this role, you will assemble medical devices using a needle and thread in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices using hand tools, including needle and thread.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
- Good attention to detail and focus.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
