The Chemical Filling Operator is responsible for the performing filling, sealing and labeling of various reagents by means of written and/or verbal instruction and recording all pertinent information as required in various assembly procedures and logs. Other responsibilities include:

Decoding The Role:
Editas Medicine is seeking a highly motivated and creative bioanalytical Associate or Sr. Associate Scientist to join our Bioanalytical and Biomarker Sciences team. In this role, you would report into our Molecular Bioanalytics team and be responsible for supporting ADME, biodistribution, PK/PD and bioanalytical activities. Characterizing Your Impact:
As the Associate or Sr. Associate Scientist, you will be responsible for:
· Independent execution of routine workflows for bioanalytical method development and sample analysis using techniques such as molecular bioanalytical assays (qPCR, ddPCR) in support of non-clinical quantitative bioanalysis.
· Independently execute and contribute to the development of PCR-based methods, sample analysis, data generation and report writing. 
· Develop nucleic acid extraction (DNA/RNA) and quantification from broad-spectrum animal tissues (including NHP samples) and cell types.
· Execute bioanalytical assay development strategies to characterize ADME, PK/TK and biodistribution properties of the drug product and address key scientific questions.
· Extract genomic DNA from in vivo and in vitro gene editing studies and submit for sequencing analysis.

Our full-time internships are designed to enable current PhD students in a quantitative field to step out of their PhD research for a short time period and translate their skills and expertise into an industrial setting.
