Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Vermont
- Experience with school-based or pediatric OT services preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt and create tailored interventions for diverse student needs
- Commitment to fostering student independence and participation in daily school activities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students within the educational environment
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in groups
- Collaborate with educational teams to support IEP development and implementation
- Keep accurate records and document student progress toward therapeutic goals
- Provide resources and training to educators and family members regarding strategies for classroom success
- Support students’ functional skills, sensory processing, fine motor development, and adaptive techniques for school participation
