Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Web Accessibility Specialist for a 2-month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing to work eastern (ET) hours. The Web Accessibility Specialist will be assisting in a large website overhaul and will play a key role in advancing digital inclusivity and compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accessibility audits, including manual testing of websites and pages
- Resolve accessibility issues
- Ensure WCAG compliance and implement ARIA best practices
- Collaborate with web teams and other stakeholders

- Degree in communication, technology, or related
- 2+ years of web accessibility experience
- HTML/CSS skills
- Familiarity with content updates
- Experience using screen readers and assistive technologies tools (SiteImprove, WAVE, etc.)
- Familiarity with ARIA best practices
- Self-starter
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- IAPP certification a plus
