Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a paraprofessional to support a 1:1 caseload within a school setting in Loudon, NH. This position offers 32.5 hours per week, working closely with a student requiring dedicated educational assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to a student, assisting with academic tasks and behavioral needs.
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and follow directions from teaching staff and therapists.
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the educational team.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a 1:1 aide or educational assistant strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with students requiring individualized attention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.
