SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers in Foxborough, MA!

We're looking for compassionate, responsible, and dependable individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others. Help clients maintain their comfort and independence by providing quality care in their own homes while enjoying flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
