Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Part Time
Key Connections ABA Services, LLC
The BCBA leads the development and implementation of ABA services, conducting behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses, Vineland, ABLLS-R) and designing treatment plans based on research. The BCBA trains and supervises Assistant Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other team members, ensuring effective implementation of interventions. Regular data-based progress monitoring and client supervision are key responsibilities, as well as training parents and guardians.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- BCBA certification and LABA license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1-year experience with individuals with special needs
- Knowledge of behavior interventions, ethics, and developmental processes
- Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms
Responsibilities:
- Assess and respond to behavioral situations in an ethical manner
- Manage crisis situations and aggressive behaviors
- Supervise treatment sessions and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals
- Oversee ABA programs, parent training, and staff supervision
- Complete billable hours, session notes, and client reports
- Participate in professional development and agency meetings

Weekdays and evenings

Additional Requirements:
- Complete orientation and maintain BCBA/LABA certifications
- First Aid/CPR, HIPAA training, and other required certifications
