Position Overview
The O&M Assistant Manager will support operational performance, financial coordination, and systems management across the company’s renewable energy portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of project management, ERP-supported processes, and construction or accounting coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, familiarity working with ERP systems, and exposure to construction, infrastructure, or accounting environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of solar and energy storage assets, ensuring performance and maintenance targets are met.
- Manage O&M-related projects, tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including asset management, engineering, finance, and external vendors.
- Support ERP-related processes to ensure accurate operational and financial data tracking.
- Assist with budget monitoring, invoice review, purchase orders, and vendor reconciliation.
- Provide operational support during construction-to-operations transitions.
- Track vendor performance and support contract compliance and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, construction, infrastructure, or accounting-related roles.
- Experience working with or supporting ERP systems in an operational or financial setting.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including budget and cost tracking.
- Experience coordinating vendors or cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Background in construction management, infrastructure projects, or accounting/finance.
- Experience in renewable energy or energy infrastructure.
- Project management certification (PMP or similar), or working toward certification.
