Construction Site Supervisor
R.C. Griffin is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee commercial construction projects throughout Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:

Manage daily jobsite operations and field personnel

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
-
Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met
-
Enforce safety standards and company policies
-
Review construction drawings and specifications
-
Maintain quality control and project documentation
-
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project reporting through Procore
-
Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, owners, and subcontractors
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 years of construction supervision experience
-
Commercial construction experience required
-
Proficiency with Procore and construction management software
-
Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and project coordination
-
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Requirements:
-
Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)

Valid Driver's License
-
Clean driving record
-
OSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary based on experience ($85,000 to $145,000 based on experience)
