Job Description
Join our team as a Plumber where you will install, assemble, and repair commercial plumbing systems including piping, fixtures, valves, pumps, and medical gas systems if certified. You will read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings for new construction and renovation projects. Your role will involve performing system testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes. Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and system conditions. Ensure all work meets state and local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures. Provide professional communication and customer service, especially within sensitive healthcare environments. Participate in on-site safety meetings and follow all company safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and repair commercial plumbing systems including piping, fixtures, valves, pumps, and medical gas systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings for new construction and renovation projects.
- Perform system testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes.
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

- Ensure all work meets state and local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures.

Essential Skills
- Licensed Plumber with a valid New Hampshire Plumbing License (Journeyman required).
- 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and comprehensive understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Healthcare or institutional plumbing experience is a strong plus.
- Experience in industrial or commercial plumbing preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.
