What You’ll Do
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and service standards.
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Serve food and beverages accurately, safely, and courteously.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain clean and organized tables, service stations, and event areas.
- Clear and reset banquet spaces efficiently following each event.
- Work closely with banquet, culinary, and catering teams to ensure seamless service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous banquet or food-service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry trays or equipment.
- Flexible availability for on-call shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
