We are a large, nationwide organization seeking to expand our team of Family Medicine physicians as we experience significant growth.

About the Role:

• Work a total of 14 shifts each month, following a schedule of 3 days on, 4 days off, then 4 days on, followed by 3 days off.
• Shifts are available in both 8 and 12-hour formats, with the expectation of seeing 30-35 patients during each shift.
• Our four state-of-the-art facilities in Springfield operate seven days a week, with hours from 8 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 5 PM on weekends.
• We utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Compensation is highly competitive and based on years of experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and two bonus plans in addition to hourly rates.
• We are interested in candidates from Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Med-Pediatrics backgrounds.
