Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Lenox, Massachusetts. This is a critical-need full-time position at a skilled nursing facility (SNF), offering an excellent opportunity for an SLP who wants meaningful clinical work with the flexibility to build a schedule that works for them.
The position is structured for approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility around weekdays and weekends. The center is also open to considering a part-time SLP in lieu of a full-time clinician for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
-
Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
-
Provide skilled speech-language therapy using evidence-based practices
-
Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
-
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-
Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, dietary, and other interdisciplinary team members

Participate in care planning and communicate resident progress
-
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies

Promote safety, independence, communication, and quality of life
Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure

ASHA certification or eligibility preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills
