Job DescriptionAbout the Role:OSP Children's Therapy Center LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Plymouth, MA! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families in a supportive, child-centered environment. New graduates welcome to apply. Weekly mentoring provided from a full time PT with 30 years of experience. Full time, part-time or per diem positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess pediatric patients to develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based PT interventions targeting gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet therapeutic goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and educators
- Educate and train parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other team members within and outside of OSP
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or clinical training in pediatric physical therapy strongly preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and neurodevelopmental treatment approaches
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and team members
- CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children of all abilities
