Job Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 16 patients, completing admissions, discharges, and daily notes
• Attend family and agency meetings as necessary
• Participate in weekly progress notes and treatment team meetings
• Focus on clinical areas such as anxiety, affective, ADD/ADHD, personality, psychotic, and organic disorders

Qualifications

• Active MA License, NPI, DEA
• Board Certification required (or Board Eligible)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Familiarity with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 40 hours per week with no on-call or weekend coverage

Skills

• Required treatment techniques include group and family therapy, as well as ECT
• Strong patient assessment and care plan skills
• Effective communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
