- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Support the special education process, including eligibility determinations and IEP development
- Deliver training and guidance to staff on mental health and crisis intervention strategies
- Advocate for inclusive practices to ensure all students thrive academically and socially
