Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers approximately 20 hours per week, providing flexibility and the potential to coordinate with a nearby union for full-time availability, should you desire a more robust schedule. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP license in Vermont (or eligibility for state licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; strong Clinical Fellows with school-based practicum considered
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is beneficial
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Comfort with both elementary and secondary caseloads preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team approach
- Flexibility to support either elementary or high school populations, tailored to your strengths and preferences
