What You'll Be Doing:
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests, clients, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining an organized front desk area.
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Supporting the team with additional duties as needed to keep our operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is organized, personable, and ready to take on a dynamic role. To thrive in this position, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as email and scheduling software.
