Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Days/Evenings, rotating shifts required
- Every other weekend rotation
- Day position may include 11a–11p shifts as needed, Night shift is standard
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting, including ventilator management
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Proven ability to draw arterial blood gases
- Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License
- CRT or RRT credential from NBRC
- Experience with EPIC charting system and PB980/Hamilton T1 transport ventilators is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert care in both critical care and med/surg environments
- Manage advanced ventilator equipment for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a high-acuity hospital environment
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
