Two OT professionals are needed for the 2026-2027 school year to provide on-site clinical supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) within the school district. Flexible scheduling is available, with options to work part-time (up to 20 hours monthly) or full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week), offering a chance to support student services while maintaining work-life balance.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure in New Hampshire.
- Demonstrated experience supervising COTAs.
- Background in school-based occupational therapy services.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with support staff and adapt to district protocols.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver required clinical oversight to two assigned COTAs per therapist, ensuring quality of care and regulatory compliance.
- Allocate approximately 7 hours of supervision per COTA monthly.
- Complete timely supervision paperwork and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain a regular on-site presence across the district’s public schools.
- Work closely with district personnel and COTAs to facilitate service delivery and address student needs.
Additional Details:
- Travel to school sites is reimbursed at the current IRS mileage rate.
