SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring a male CNA, HHA, or PCA in Weymouth, MA. We are looking for a dependable and compassionate caregiver who is ready to provide personalized in-home support. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with both short-hour and long-hour shifts.

Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning

Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Complete light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment

Follow the client’s care plan and established routines
-
Report client needs or changes to the care team
Qualifications
-
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
-
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Strong communication skills

Comfortable providing care independently in a client’s home

Able to commit to the agreed-upon schedule
