A highly regarded fine-dining restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its Boston team. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, hands-on leader with high-volume restaurant experience and a passion for exceptional hospitality.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead daily restaurant and floor operations</li>
<li>Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members</li>
<li>Maintain exceptional service and hospitality standards</li>
<li>Partner with culinary and management teams on execution, revenue, and cost control</li>
<li>Manage guest relations and resolve concerns professionally</li>
<li>Maintain SOPs, safety, sanitation, and compliance standards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2+ years of restaurant management experience</li>
<li>High-volume restaurant experience required</li>
<li>Strong food, beverage, and hospitality background</li>
<li>Polished, energetic, and professional leadership style</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>
