Job Title: Floor Grinder
Shift: 3rd
Location: Hooksett, NH
Compensation: $25/hour
Training Schedule (Approx. 2 weeks): Monday through Friday - 6:45AM to 2:45PM
Regular Schedule: Sunday through Thursday - 10:53PM – 6:53AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Floor Grinder/Polisher to join our team. This position involves preparing, grinding, and polishing concrete and stone floors to meet project specifications. On-the-job training is provided, so previous experience is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate is motivated, physically capable, and able to follow safety procedures and directions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate floor grinding and polishing machines safely and efficiently
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing cracks, and removing coatings or adhesives
- Apply sealers or densifiers as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow project plans and meet quality standards
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use protective gear
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of work
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary – on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to operate hand and power tools (or willingness to learn)
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy equipment (Up to 50lbs)
- Required PPE (Safety glasses and footwear)

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
