Job DescriptionJob Title: Quality AdministratorLocation: Lawrence, MA
Pay Rate: $22–$30 per hour (based on experience)Position SummaryThe Quality Administrator is responsible for supporting the implementation, validation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality service activities at the site. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to support audits, process improvements, and quality programs while maintaining compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Assist in the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems in accordance with domestic standards and requirements
- Create, implement, and maintain standard processes, equipment matrices, and procedures to ensure effective flow-down of quality requirements
- Develop and maintain standard process trees within MRP systems and support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy across facilities
- Perform internal audits and support the qualification of new processes, approvals, and operational procedures
- Support all phases of the audit process, including planning, preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up
- Create, track, analyze, and report quality program metrics using structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies
- Support product and process quality through quality planning, material control, acceptance sampling, and measurement systems
- Provide quality support for chemical processing, nondestructive testing, and surface enhancement processes
- Apply lean and problem-solving tools to drive quality and operational improvements
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data using quantitative methods to support risk analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Support readiness processes and requirements to ensure operational compliance
- Assist other quality functions as needed to support on-time delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & AbilitiesEducation:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (Preferred)
Experience:
- 0+ years of experience in quality surface finishing or related quality environments
- Familiarity with chemical processing quality applications preferred
Technical Skills:
- Experience with SPC programs, computer programming platforms, and simulators
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
