 Marketing &amp; HR Coordinator – Home Health $23/hr | Full Time | Health Insurance + IRA&nbsp; Haverhill, MA | Monday–Friday Essex Home Health is seeking a Marketing &amp; HR Coordinator to support agency growth, assist with HR tasks, and build strong relationships with facilities, referral sources, and case managers in the field. Key Duties 
<ul>
<li>Assist with HR tasks (onboarding, interviews, collecting documents) </li>
<li>Support marketing and outreach to facilities, providers, and case managers </li>
<li>Build and maintain community relationships to increase referrals </li>
<li>Manage multiple administrative projects </li>
<li>Support leadership with communication and documentation </li>
</ul>
Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Experience in healthcare, HR, or marketing preferre</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>Strong communication and relationship‑building skills </li>
<li>Comfortable engaging with case managers and referral sources </li>
<li>Able to manage multiple projects </li>
<li>Organized, reliable, and professional</li>
</ul>

<li>Able to travel to Lowell, Haverhill, Lawrence</li>
