Job Description️ NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED CARPENTER (SouthCoast MA)LivSavvy Construction & Landscaping is expanding and looking for a skilled, reliable, and detail‑driven Experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. We are a family‑owned, premium, SouthCoast‑based company known for strict standards, clean job sites, and high‑quality craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Build & install decks (TimberTech composite, PVC wrapping, framing, railings, stairs)
✔️ Install windows & doors with proper framing, flashing, and trim
✔️ Install vinyl or cedar siding, exterior trim, and weatherproofing
✔️ Perform interior & exterior finish carpentry (casing, baseboard, crown, custom trim)
✔️ Assist with remodels, framing, flooring, and structural adjustments
✔️ Read plans, take accurate measurements, and complete layouts
✔️ Maintain clean, safe, professional job sites
✔️ Communicate clearly with the team and clients

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 5+ years of hands‑on residential carpentry experience
✔️ Strong understanding of framing, finish work, and exterior installations
✔️ Ability to work independently AND with a crew
✔️ Problem‑solving skills & corrective carpentry experience
✔️ Proficiency with power tools and job‑site equipment
✔️ Reliable transportation & basic tool set
✔️ Professionalism, respect, and strong work ethic
