Territory Sales Manager, DME (No Relocation)
Locations: Based in Natick, MA with local assignment territories TBD.
Pay Range: Generous salary plus commission structure (Full-Time)

We're seeking a territory sales manager who can develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. Aspen Lake Medical Equipment seeks motivated individuals who excel at sales to fill immediate openings in Natick, MA and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent, documented field presence in the assigned territory.
- Territory management
- Lead generation
- Product presentations
- Contract negotiation
- Account retention
- Tracking with CRM
- Close deals to drive company revenue
Qualifications
- High school diploma: A Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience is preferred: Proven track record in direct sales, field sales, or account management. DME or healthcare experience a plus.
- Skills: Strong written, verbal, active listening, negotiation, and self-motivated. Proficient with use of technology and basic office applications.
- Travel: A valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel frequently in your designated territory is required.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States: Must meet all employment eligibility requirements.
- Strong work ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
No Relocation
- Currently, positions are based from our Natick, MA location and surrounding communities.
