Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding contract role supporting PreK-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist, utilizing your expertise to make a difference in young lives. This flexible assignment offers a summer schedule, working two days per week (13 hours total), from July 6 through August 7. Work with a diverse and motivated caseload in a collaborative educational environment near Concord, MA.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in Massachusetts
- Clinical Certificate of Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) credential
- Background in pediatric, healthcare, and school-based SLP settings preferred
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students from PreK through 12th grade
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory and district standards
- Collaborate with other school professionals and families to support student growth and communication goals
- Manage a manageable caseload, ensuring all required services are delivered within the contract period
