Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor clinical staff, cultivating a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse patient demographic.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care and assist in the development of clinical guidelines.
  • Work closely with administrative leaders, clinical teams, and specialists to enhance workflows and improve the patient experience.
  • Stay updated on medical advancements, promote staff education, and engage in clinician training.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient care, safety, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care environment; prior leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients, team members, and leadership.
  • A strong dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
