Join a dedicated housekeeping team responsible for maintaining clean, welcoming, and well-presented common areas across a clubhouse and multiple adjacent buildings, including spaces such as a spa, indoor pool, and activity center. You will help ensure that guests experience a consistently tidy, comfortable, and inviting environment as they move through all shared facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the clubhouse and several additional buildings that contain common areas used by guests.
- Clean and service shared spaces such as the spa, indoor pool, activity center, and other guest-facing areas.
- Empty trash bins regularly and ensure waste is disposed of safely and hygienically.
- Dust counters, tables, and other surfaces to keep areas free of dirt and debris.
- Vacuum floors and carpets in common areas to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Clean interior windows to ensure clear visibility and a polished look throughout the facilities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, to meet hygiene and presentation standards.
- Perform general janitorial and custodial duties as needed to support the overall cleanliness of the property.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and service standards to deliver a consistent guest experience.
- Communicate effectively in English to understand instructions, safety guidelines, and guest or team needs.
- Use provided cleaning tools, supplies, and equipment safely and correctly.
- Stand and move throughout the facility for the duration of the shift to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
Essential Skills
- At least 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hospitality environment.
- Proven experience performing cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, and custodial duties.
- Ability to speak and understand English to follow directions and communicate with team members and guests.
- Strong attention to detail when cleaning guest-facing areas and common spaces.
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for a full 8-hour shift.
- Reliability and consistency in completing daily cleaning tasks and following schedules.
- Capability to work a first-shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on assigned days.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience cleaning high-traffic areas such as clubhouses, spas, pools, or activity centers.
- Comfort working in a hospitality or club setting with regular guest interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple cleaning tasks across several buildings during a shift.
- Willingness to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) as part of the regular schedule.
- Readiness to use and care for cleaning supplies and equipment provided by the employer.

Work Environment
This role is based in a clubhouse and multiple nearby buildings that include common areas such as a spa, indoor pool, and activity center. You will work indoors in guest-facing spaces that require a professional, clean, and orderly appearance. The position follows a first-shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., five days per week, with one of those days falling on either Saturday or Sunday. You will be on your feet for most of the day, moving between different areas and buildings. All necessary cleaning tools, supplies, and equipment are provided to support your work in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
