$42–$50/hour SLP | Part-Time
$35- $42/hour CFY
Post Rehab Services at The Elms Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) OR a Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our skilled nursing facility team. Provide personalized, evidence-based care to residents in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and educate residents and staff
Qualifications:
- Active SLP license required
- SNF experience preferred
