Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project person is responsible for floor care (stripping and cleaning, carpet maintenance, replacing tiles)

• Preparing rooms: moving furniture, washing walls, curtains

• Candidate will fill in as a housekeeper if needed

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• Must be able to work as a team member

• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service

• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment

• This position may require occasional weekends

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred

• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule

• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested

• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)

• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)

• Healthcare or Commerical Floor Care: 1 year (Preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
