What Youll Do:

In this role, youll be at the heart of quality assurance, ensuring the highest standards through:

  • Testing & Inspection: Conduct Incoming and In-Process testing on detail parts and subassemblies with precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters, specialized equipment).
  • Final Inspection: Perform and document final inspections, including First Article Inspections.
  • Calibration: Ensuring tools are accurate by calibrating precision gauges and equipment.

Key Skills Were Looking For:

  • Process-Oriented: You understand and follow well-defined quality processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled at reading technical drawings and applying this to inspection tasks with precision. Electronics knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with industry standards and compliance requirements.

What You Bring:

  • Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years in a manufacturing setting (Quality Assurance experience preferred), strong math skills, and U.S. person.
  • Preferred: Experience in aerospace and defense or regulated industries, training in calibration or electronics, or familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing. Experience with carbon composites is a plus!
