Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated BCBA for a full-time school-based role in New Boston, New Hampshire, a picturesque New England town surrounded by forests and rivers. Role Summary:
Youll help shape behavior interventions that support students' academic and social-emotional success, partnering with educators and families throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform behavior assessments and data analysis

  • Develop and monitor BIPs tailored to individual student needs

  • Coach staff on positive behavior support strategies

  • Collaborate with IEP teams and assist in writing behavior goals

  • Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust as needed

  • Support transition planning and functional life skills development

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification in good standing

  • Masters degree in ABA, Education, or Psychology

  • Must hold or be eligible for NH licensure as a Behavior Analyst through the Board of Mental Health Practice, or school-approved contract provider status

  • School experience and knowledge of IDEA preferred
