Job Description
We are currently seeking skilled, fast, and friendly Hair Braiders to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of braiding styles, take pride in clean and precise parting, and be able to complete styles efficiently while providing a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a variety of braiding services, including but not limited to (you don't have to know how to do all the styles listed below):
* Knotless braids
* Box braids
* Goddess braids
* Cornrows
* Twists
* Stitch braids
* Feed-in braids
* Crochet installs
* Deliver clean parts, neat finishes, and fast service while maintaining comfort for the client.
* Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work station.
* Create a friendly and engaging environment to ensure clients feel welcome and valued.
* Build long-term relationships with clients by offering consistent, high-quality results.
* Keep up with new braiding techniques and hair trends to offer fresh and relevant services.
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience as a professional braider (pictures, videos, portfolio or Instagram page).
* Strong proficiency in multiple braiding styles.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on clean parts and neat execution.
* Ability to braid quickly without compromising quality.
* Friendly, professional, and able to contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.
* Punctual, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
