Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Properly set up and operate equipment (screen printers, solder paste inspection machines, pick and place machines, reflow ovens and conveyor systems)</li>
<li>Efficiently replenish reels of parts using automated splicing machines</li>
<li>Diligently monitor machine performance, performance basic troubleshooting activities and escalate issues through chain of command</li>
<li>May need to hand-place electronic components on printed circuit boards with careful attention to detail</li>
<li>Perform timely basic daily and weekly preventive maintenance on the machines</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work cell</li>
<li>Follow all safety requirements and raise safety concerns to the Safety Committee when observed</li>
<li>Follow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback for continuous improvement</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>6+ months of machine operation or assembly experience</li>
<li>1 year of SMT experience&nbsp;preferred</li>
</ul>
