COURSE MANAGERS
Junto Entertainment is hiring course managers to serve as shift leads for our Boston location of Putt Across America!
This is more than a management gig - beyond standard retail oversight, you will own the guest experience of this coast-to-coast adventure. Reporting to the Head of Attraction, you will uphold and instill the rigorous quality standards that cement Putt Across America as Bostons "cant-miss" attraction.

FROM TEE TO SHINING TEE. Putt Across America is an immersive 18-hole mini-golf journey inspired by our nations most iconic landmarks and landscapes. Putt Across America is a two-story, indoor attraction at Bostons historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace.
ABOUT THE ROLE
WHAT YOULL DO
- Lead the Front Lines: Act as the primary point of contact for staff and guests during your shift, managing rotations and breaks.
- Uphold the Standard: Ensure the course is pristine, the landmarks are sparkling, and safety protocols are followed to the letter.
- Problem Solve: Handle guest inquiries with grace and resolve any technical or operational hiccups before they impact the experience.
- Open/Close Excellence: Manage cash handling, security protocols, cleaning routines, and facility walkthroughs to ensure the course is ready for guests at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
YOURE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You have 12 years of supervisory experience in retail, attractions, or hospitality.
- Youre a "people person" who knows how to coach teams in the moment.
- You have an eagle eye for detailyou notice a stray golf ball or a smudge on a display from across the room.
- You thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments like Faneuil Hall.
THE DETAILS
- Pay: $22$25/hour (Commensurate with experience).
- Perks: Growth opportunities into management and a fun, high-energy work environment.
- Status: Part-time, in-person at Faneuil Hall Marketplace
- Flexibility: Flexible scheduling (some nights and weekends required)
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to navigate a multi-floor indoor setting, including standing for extended periods and lifting/carrying supplies up to 25 lbs.
- Background Check: Required for all positions.
