Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- D/N (Day/Night) rotating shifts
- Every other weekend (EOW)
- Every other holiday (EOH)
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of recent Cardiac Surgical ICU experience
- Minimum 1 year of previous travel nursing experience
- Active RN license eligible in Massachusetts
- Strong critical thinking and cardiac monitoring skills
- Excellent adaptability and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to critically ill cardiac surgical patients
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate in care planning
- Assess, monitor, and document patient status systematically
- Administer complex cardiac medications, manage IV drips, and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and families to support recovery and ongoing health
