Schedule

Second shift | Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

Outcomes you’ll own

• Execute production on a UV flexographic narrow web press to exact specifications.
• Complete full press setup for print and die-cut, including tooling and plate mounting.
• Confirm substrates, inks, and UV system readiness; validate proper curing.
• Dial in print impression; maintain color-to-color registration and consistency.
• Quickly resolve printing, curing, or mechanical issues to protect uptime.
• Continuously verify quality; make data-driven adjustments throughout the run.
• Conduct routine maintenance: UV lamp care, cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs.
• Operate safely and adhere to SOPs and all safety procedures.

What it takes to win

• Proven experience on UV flexo narrow web presses (Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or similar).
• Expertise with UV curing, inks, substrates, and press mechanics.
• High attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
• Problem-solving drive with a focus on quality, efficiency, and reducing waste.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of press operation (standing, lifting, bending).
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
