\nA growing construction management company is seeking a Project Accountant to join its Construction Finance & Accounting team. This Project Accountant will partner closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Finance and support projects from setup through closeout.\n

Project Accountant Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Manage project budgets, job costs, and monthly projections
- Prepare owner billings, including AIA G702/G703
- Manage retainage, lien waivers, and subcontractor compliance
- Review and cost-code invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Support project forecasting, audits, reconciliations, and closeout

Project Accountant Qualifications\n
- \n
- 2+ years of project accounting experience
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of AIA billing, job costing, revenue recognition, retainage, and lien waivers
- Strong Excel skills; Sage, Procore, or TimberScan experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
