Our administrative team will handle marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and compliance, allowing you to focus solely on patient care. The starting compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide virtual therapy sessions to a minimum of 25 clients weekly, focusing on mental health support for those dealing with terminal illnesses or significant life changes.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailored to individual client needs.
- Establish a therapeutic rapport with clients through empathetic listening and personalized care strategies.
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the efficacy of therapeutic interventions.
- Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical providers, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
- Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In this role, you will primarily serve adults, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals from various cultural and religious backgrounds. You will need to approach each client with sensitivity to their unique experiences, especially regarding grief, loss, and transition. Previous experience with minority populations is favorable, as you will be working to ensure equity in care delivery and promote mental wellness across diverse groups.

- A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
- Active LICSW license to practice in the State of Massachusetts.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience is essential.

- Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build trusting relationships with clients.
