Ruggiero Trash and Recycling is IMMEDIATELY HIRING for a full-time Driver/Operations Manager out of Lebanon, NH 03766 to run and grow a local trash and recycling operation.
Experience as a CDL Driver? Perfect. Experience in waste or sanitation? Even better. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into management and take ownership of an operation.
Route Details:
Schedule Options:
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday (flexible schedule based on workload)
- Competitive Weekly Pay starting at $30–$32/hour
Shift Details:
- Flexible start time
- Home daily
- Ability to manage your own schedule
Route Details:
- Local trash and recycling routes
- Responsible for servicing customers, growing routes, and building the business
- Opportunity to hire and manage additional drivers as the operation grows
- Drive automatic rear load trash trucks

Minimum Qualifications include:
- Class B Commercial Driver’s License required (Class A accepted)
- At least 1 year of industry experience preferred
- At least 21 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic with leadership and customer service mindset
